I have been a part of the Green Scholarship Program for a year. This program helps me pay for 100% of my tuition. Thanks to all the people who make this possible, I am in my third quarter at Universidad de Tijuana and I think I have learned many aspects about my career, Architecture. It is wonderful to start my development and professional training supported by these great people who, although I do not see them every day, have won my most sincere gratitude and admiration. During this year, I have faced some difficulties in a few subjects which have made the road harder, but also a wonderful opportunity to challenge my capabilities. It has been great being able to prove to myself that I can work and study at the same time. It was very hard to do both things, but I was able to accomplish them with determination, effort, and faith; all powerful tools I will always have on my side. In addition, I have made friends in the GSP and in college. They have helped me make the load lighter so I can enjoy preparing myself for the future and be the “architect” of my own destiny.
