Being a part of the Green Scholarship Program has meant a lot to me. I have had great experiences thus far. During the events that they organize for us, I have become closer to the scholars and especially my fellow culinary arts students. I have also learned many things from my teachers and peers. It is amazing how many dishes I can prepare with very little ingredients provided I just let my imagination fly. I am amazed at all I've learned in school. It is great to learn, but it is a greater satisfaction to teach others what I know. From the bottom of my heart, I thank all the people who make my dreams possible.
