As per the IRS, contributions to a 501(c) public charity are deductible. IRS recognized public charities are qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts. 501(c) status can be confirmed at the IRS site.

The GSP has been granted Mexican A.C. Donataria status, allowing tax deductible denotations in Mexico.
