APPLICATION CRITERIA

The Green Scholarship Program (GSP) scholarships are awarded based on need, character, personal merit and commitment. Merit is demonstrated through leadership in school, civic and extracurricular activities, academic achievement, and motivation to serve and succeed. If a candidate is accepted into the GSP, the GSP Scholarship will cover 100% of the GSP Scholar's college tuition and other programs organized by the GSP.

CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GSP SCHOLAR REQUIREMENTS

  • Prove financial need.
  • Completed high school with a minimum grade point average of 8.5 (out of 10).
  • Exhibit leadership in school and the community.
  • Have a desire to attend college and seek a higher education.
  • Be willing to individually contribute to the community and the GSP.
  • Be a role model to other GSP Scholars, classmates and the community.
  • The student is financially responsible for other expenses including books and school supplies.
