Ms. Pratt graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. and an M.B.A. in Marketing. She began her career with Creative Consumer Research (CCR) (www.ccrsurveys.com) in 1985, as Director of Field Service Operations in Houston. In 2002, Ms. Pratt transferred to CCR’s Full Service Division and is responsible for business development involving the design and management of qualitative and quantitative research for clients. Her clients include industries such as health care, public utilities, residential construction, and mass transportation. Prior to joining Creative Consumer Research, Ms. Pratt was involved in all facets of marketing, advertising, and marketing research for Levi-Strauss and a national direct mail retailer.

Mr. Pratt graduated from Drury College with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and has over 30 years experience in marketing research development and operations. Mr. Pratt founded Creative Consumer Research (CCR) in 1975 and served as its president for over 30 years. CCR currently has over 40 full-time employees and 250 part-time employees with two offices located in Houston, Texas and Phoenix, Arizona. He has extensive experience in developing and moderating focus groups. In his career, Mr. Pratt has personally moderated over 2,500 focus group discussions for clients in a variety of industries, including gambling, flooring, health care, financial services, retail services, construction, and entertainment.

Cecilia serves as the Director of the Green Scholarship Program (GSP). The GSP strives to help young adults with financial needs build a better tomorrow for themselves, their families, their communities and Mexico through higher education scholarships. Cecilia has been an active member of the Cabo San Lucas community as a resident, volunteer, businesswoman and teacher. She studied Social Anthropology at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. She served as coordinator of the Community Development Center in Tulyehualco, worked in a project to bring culture to public parks. Her teaching experience includes over 30 years in private, public and religious institutions in Mexico and the United States. She is certified in the Second Step Program, a violence prevention curriculum designed to help children reduce impulsive and aggressive behavior. She fluently speaks Spanish, English, French and Italian.

JACINTO AVALOS

Jacinto is a world renowned architect, urban planner, and designer. He designs and builds office buildings, restaurants, hotels and residences around the world. Owner of his own architectural firm in Cabo San Lucas (www.avalosarquitectos.com) for over 20 years, he is widely sought by local authorities and business leaders to provide his expertise and experience on urban development and planning. He has a master’s degree in Urban Design from Oxford Polytechnic England. He fluently speaks Spanish, English, French and Italian. As a founding member of the Charity Development of Los Cabos (CDLC), Jacinto has personally built, supervised funding and construction of various churches in Cabo San Lucas. He serves on the Board of the Charity Development of Los Cabos and the Green Scholarship Program providing his experience to develop the talents of young adults living in Cabo San Lucas and throughout Mexico.
